This was one of our display cakes. It is 3 tiers of solid Styrofoam covered in real fondant with fondant circle, pipped royal icing borders around the top and ribbon around the bottom of each tier. The photographs show different ways we dressed it up for our market shows.
^This set up was for the Walk 4 paws event in Alpharetta, Georgia. This event was hosted to help raise money for the Arch Foundation for the University of Georgia and will benefit the Canine Pathology and Oncology departments at the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine.

These two pictures were both taken at the Woodstock Market & Show. The above picture illustrates how we used the cake to display our business card and in the picture below we used the cake to display our variety of handcrafted bite-size truffles.
